Our approach

We work with small farms, roast with care, and leave room for the character of every bean to show up in the cup.

Field Notes began with a simple question: what would happen if coffee felt less like a routine and more like a place to return to?

Today, we build our menu around seasonal lots and honest tasting notes. Nothing overcomplicated, nothing hidden behind a dark roast.
